Cancellation Policy

Booking and Deposit: Upon confirming your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. This deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking. Failure to pay the deposit within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Cancellation Policy: If you need to completely cancel your session after booking, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be communicated to WASA directly via our provided contact methods. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your session once, free of charge, provided you notify WASA at least 10 days before the initially scheduled date. Rescheduling within 10 days of your session will result in the loss of your original deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure a new date. Payment of Balance: The remaining balance of your session fee is due 72 hours before your scheduled shoot. This will be invoiced the week before your session. Alternatively, you may opt to pay the remaining balance in cash on the day of your shoot. Please inform us in advance if you choose this method. (Note: No old banknotes accepted.) Additional Information: Please ensure to arrive at least 15 minutes early to your scheduled session to facilitate a smooth start. Late arrivals may lead to a shortened session, and no-shows will be treated as cancellations, with all payments forfeited. In the unlikely event that WASA must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Preparation for Your Session: Come prepared with all necessary wardrobe, props, and scripts unless these are provided by WASA. Practise your material thoroughly to maximise the effectiveness of your session.
